​We want your BayCampr experience to be easy, enjoyable, and free of surprises. Please review these policies before your trip so you know what to expect.

​Booking & Payments

Reservations are confirmed once the required payment is received and the rental agreement is signed.

​

Full payment is required before departure unless otherwise agreed in writing. Minimum rental periods vary by RV, season, and holiday.

​

Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before departure: Full refund of the rental amount.

• 14–29 days before departure: 50% refund of the rental amount.

• Less than 14 days before departure: Non-refundable.

If the RV is re-rented for the same dates, a partial or full refund may be issued at BayCampr's discretion.

Drivers & Insurance

All motorhome drivers must meet applicable licensing, identification, and insurance requirements. Only approved drivers may operate the RV.

Insurance coverage is required for every rental. Renters are responsible for understanding their selected coverage, deductibles, exclusions, and financial obligations.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required and may be applied toward damage, missing equipment, excessive cleaning, unpaid charges, or policy violations.

Any remaining balance is refunded following the post-rental inspection and reconciliation.

 

Pickup & Departure

Standard pickup is between the hours of 1pm-4pm.  Every rental includes an orientation covering the RV's essential systems, equipment, and safe operation.

Standard returns are expected between 9am-12pm.  Early pickup and/or late return options can be added during the booking process, subject to confirmation.

 

Delivery & Setup

Delivery and setup may be available for eligible RVs and destinations.

Renters must provide accurate campsite information and ensure the reserved site can accommodate the RV, including adequate access, clearance, and any campground restrictions. You must also ensure that the destination allows delivery of a rented RV under their operational policies.

Delivery can be requested through the booking process.

 

Pets

Pets are permitted in certain units only and with advance approval from BayCampr.

​

Mileage & Generator Usage

Motorhome rentals may include some mileage per rental day as well as generator hourly use per day, as specified in each listing. Additional mileage is charged at $0.49 per mile for up to 500 overages and then $0.69 beyond that, and additional generator use is charged at $4 per hour.

​

Allowances are calculated over the total rental period. Generator availability varies by RV.

​

Towing

Towing behind a motorhome requires advance written approval. The RV, trailer, and towing equipment must comply with all applicable weight ratings and equipment requirements.

Travel trailer renters are responsible for providing a properly equipped tow vehicle that meets the trailer's towing, hitch, and braking requirements.

Return Condition

The RV must be returned:

• Holding tanks emptied

• Fuel returned to same level as departure

• Trash removed

• In reasonably clean condition

• Free of damage beyond normal wear

Additional charges may apply for non-compliance.

Prohibited Use

• No smoking or vaping

• No roof access

• No unauthorized pets

• No towing unless approved in writing (driveable units)
