Rental Policies
Booking & Payments
A reservation is confirmed once the rental agreement is signed and payment is received. Full payment is required prior to trip start unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation Policy (Direct Bookings)

30+ days prior to trip start: Full refund of rental amount

14–29 days prior to trip start: 50% refund of rental amount

Within 14 days of trip start: Non-refundable
If the RV is re-rented for the same dates, a partial or full refund may be issued at the owner’s discretion.
Prep Fee
A one-time prep fee covers professional turnover between rentals, including cleaning, sanitizing, laundry, restocking of basic consumables, tank service, and system checks.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required and may be applied to damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or policy violations.
Return Condition
The RV must be returned:

Holding tanks emptied
-
Fuel returned to same level as departure

Trash removed
-
In reasonably clean condition
-
Free of damage beyond normal wear
Additional charges may apply for non-compliance.
Prohibited Use
-
No smoking or vaping
-
No roof access
-
No unauthorized pets
-
No towing unless approved in writing
Insurance & Liability
Renters are responsible for selecting appropriate insurance coverage and complying with all rental agreement terms.
Rental Agreement
A signed rental agreement will be provided prior to departure and governs the full terms of each rental.
