Every BayCampr RV comes stocked with the essentials — cookware, utensils, dishware, RV-safe toilet paper, hoses, leveling blocks, power cords, and basic campsite gear. Motorhomes and travel trailers include slightly different equipment depending on the RV type. Full details are listed on each RV’s page under “What’s Included.”

Some BayCampr rentals are pet-friendly. Please check the individual RV listing for pet policies and any applicable fees. We ask that pets are well behaved and supervised during your trip, and that guests clean up after them so the RV remains comfortable for future travelers. Because RV interiors can heat up quickly and unfamiliar environments can cause stress for animals, pets should not be left unattended in the RV for extended periods. When planning your trip, consider activities where your pet can safely join you or arrangements where they won’t be left alone for long stretches.

Motorhome rentals include 150 miles per day at no additional cost. Additional miles are billed at: • $0.49/mile (first 500 additional miles) • $0.59/mile after that. Travel trailers have unlimited miles, since you’ll be towing them with your own vehicle.

Standard pickup is 1 PM – 4 PM, and return is 9 AM – 12 PM. We do our best to be flexible within those windows. Early pickup or late return may be available for an additional fee during checkout.

Many of our guests are first-time RV renters. Before departure we provide a walkthrough covering how everything works. Motorhomes drive similarly to a large van or truck. Travel trailers require a properly equipped tow vehicle and basic towing experience.

Drivers must be at least 25 years old and approved before the trip. During booking, each driver creates a profile and provides their driver’s license and basic information so they can be verified through our reservation system. Drivers must also have a reasonably clean driving record. Multiple drivers can be approved, but only verified drivers may operate the RV during the rental. International travelers are welcome to rent as well — a valid driver’s license from your home country is typically sufficient. For stationary (delivery) rentals, where the RV is set up at your campsite and not driven by the renter, the minimum age requirement is 21.

During checkout you’ll be able to select from several protection packages offering different levels of coverage. If you prefer to use your own insurance, some carriers may issue a temporary insurance binder covering the rental period. More information about insurance can be found by clicking below.

Support is available if something unexpected happens during your trip. Roadside & technical assistance is included with the Essential and Peace of Mind protection plans, and can also be added during checkout if you select Basic protection or are using your own insurance binder. If you experience an issue such as a flat tire, mechanical problem, or other roadside situation, assistance can help coordinate towing, service, or technical support so you can safely continue your trip. BayCampr is also available to help with most general “how does this work?” questions related to the RV during your trip. Each rental includes an onboard RV Guide with written instructions, along with QR codes linking to short how-to videos created specifically for your rental unit.
